Australia Day at Parramatta Park was extremely hot and humid. Had a good day, the event was well organised with the changes made from last year a winner. 48 & FJ Holden Owners Club of NSW held their Annual Display Day at Paine Park in Windsor on the 24th of November. The day started out a little overcast with a drizzle of rain early. Luckily for us, the weather cleared up, cars turned up and a great time was had on what became a beautiful and enjoyable day. Firstly, thank you to all the members who assisted with the planning and management of the day. Secondly, it was good to see a mix of vehicles from a barn find 48-215 through to a newly restored FJ ute on display.

The Clubs run in October was to the Australian Motorlife Museum in Kembla Grange for their 10th Annual Motoring Expo.
A leisurely run under beautiful skies. It was a most enjoyable day checking out a varied assortment of highly modified and standard vehicles. The Museum has a number of interesting exhibits which include cars, trucks, bikes, badges, garage items and some other unusual display items. Highlight of the day was when the 48-215 (the Grey Lady) winning a trophy for the best 40’s car on display. ... See more
